For Foreign Verification from KNC you'll need the following:
Prep:
- First of all you needed to be registered with the KNC which is obvious as one needs that to qualify for FV (Foreign Verification) from the KNC,Kerala
- List of Certificates and others
- Copies of your KNC registration cert.(Both Reg and Midwifery/Psychiatry), SSLC markscard revealing your proof of age, all duly attested by a gazetted officer.(Please do this before going to the KNC office which helps you to save a lot of time.) Photos are not required.
- The amount for the FV is to be taken in chalan receipt of Rs 1000/-, whose copy is advised to be taken as the original copy of the challan is also to be submitted with the application. There is no need to take it beforehand, as the KNC has setup a counter for receiving money in the ground floor of the office, timings are 10am-2pm
- An application addressed to the Secretary has to be put forth in plain A4 size white paper regarding the requisition of FV, details of your registration with KNC with appropriate Reg No., and most importantly mentioning the Address to which FV has to be sent. It can be either written by hand or typed but duly signed by the applicant.
You'll need to hand over the aforesaid set of documents to a counter located in the 2nd floor of the KNC office. Normally within 15 days, they will ship the documents to the prescribed addressee. For any queries or assistance you can call the KNC office whose timings, I believe 10am-5pm with one hr lunch break. The numbers are 0471-2301278 - Enquiry and 0471-2305700 - KNMC Registration section.
You can also track your FV by simply asking the Speed post tracking code of yours which will be provided after the dispatch of your FV. All you need is to log on to http://services.ptcmysore.gov.in/speednettracking/ for tracking in India and http://services.ptcmysore.gov.in/speednettracking/internationaltracking.htm for outside India
